Due to the ongoing quarantine in the country, selection of married couples from other regions of Kazakhstan?? to carry out the IVF program under QUOTA (MHIF) is held at the IRM in an ONLINE format. ⠀ How to get an opinion on a QUOTA? ⠀ 1. In order to get into the selection, you must send an application to doctor@irm.kz or WhatsApp +7-771-934 34 34, indicating in the letter: ✅full name; ✅ Age; ✅Duration of infertility; ✅Anamnesis (pregnancy, miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, childbirth, gynecological operations). ⠀ 2. Send a complete statement of all research results. ⠀ 3. After studying the provided tests, a reproductive specialist at IRM will conduct an online consultation with you in order to determine the indications and exclude contraindications for IVF according to QUOTA. ⠀ 4. If there are indications for IVF under a quota, the Commission of the VKK IRM issues a PROTOCOL to the specified email address or WhatsApp. ⠀ 4. It is necessary to submit the PROTOCOL issued by the IRM to the VKK commission to the clinic or antenatal clinic at the place of residence for placement on the quota queue. ⠀ 5. Polyclinics/antenatal clinics at the place of residence form patients’ documents for a quota to the COMMISSION under the Health Administration. ⠀ 6. The health department makes a decision on referring patients with infertility for IVF. ⠀ The choice of a clinic for conducting an IVF program according to a quota takes into account the patient’s right to freely choose an IVF clinic! ⠀ On the IRM.kz website, as well as in the current one in the “IVF by quota” section, the following are indicated: ✅list of necessary tests for IVF according to quota; ✅testimony; ✅ contraindications. ⠀ Over 25 years of work, IRM specialists have achieved high results in the treatment of female and male infertility and more than 15,000 children have been born - new citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
