Based on the results of assessing the effectiveness of IVF programs based on quotas for 2010-2019. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan has allocated quotas for IVF in the amount of 322 programs to the Institute of Reproductive Medicine in Almaty!
How to get a quota for IVF?
Step 1: Undergo a consultation and examination with a fertility specialist to determine indications and exclude contraindications for quota IVF.
Step 2: If there are indications for IVF under a quota, obtain the Protocol of the VKK commission from the IRM clinic.
Step 3: Provide the protocol to the VKK commission from the IRM clinic to the clinic or antenatal clinic at the place of residence for placement on the quota queue.
Clinics and antenatal clinics prepare patient documents for a quota to the Commission under the Health Administration.
The Health Department makes a decision to refer infertile couples for IVF, taking into account the patient’s right to freely choose an IVF clinic!
