The selection of married couples from other regions🇰🇿 for the IVF program under quota takes place online on a FREE basis

HOW TO GET A QUOTA CONCLUSION❓
In order to be included in the selection, you must send an application:
▫️email doctor@irm.kz;
▫️on WhatsApp +7-707-934 34 34.
1️⃣. You must indicate in the letter:
▫️Name, age;
▫️Duration of infertility;
▫️Anamnesis (pregnancy, miscarriages, ectopic, childbirth, gynecological operations).

2️⃣. Send an extract of research results
⠀
3️⃣. After studying the provided tests, the IRM fertility specialist determines the indications and excludes contraindications for IVF according to QUOTE.

4️⃣. If there are indications for IVF under a quota, the Commission of the VKK IRM issues a PROTOCOL to the specified email address or WhatsApp.

5️⃣. Provide the PROTOCOL issued by the IRM to the clinic or antenatal clinic at your place of residence for placement on the quota queue.
