Working hours of the IRM clinic during the quarantine period in Almaty and Shymkent

Dear IRM patients! We inform you about the operating hours of the IRM clinic during the quarantine period in Almaty and Shymkent.

During the quarantine period, doctors on duty work in the clinic strictly by appointment. Doctors' schedules are updated daily and must be checked with the Call Center.

The call center will be open all days from 8.00 to 18.00, except Sunday.

The treatment room collects samples from 8:00 a.m.

During the quarantine period, regular sanitization is carried out in IRM clinics, and all employees are provided with personal protective equipment.

To reduce the risks associated with the need to visit public places, we suggest using online patient consultation.
