The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan instructed the Government to launch the “Ansagan Sabi” special program starting next year 2021 and increase the number of quotas for IVF programs to 7000!
A subject of serious concern is the family and demographic situation. Unfortunately, every sixth family in Kazakhstan cannot have children. Doctors consider infertility not only a medical, but also a social problem. Social surveys show that about 20 percent of Kazakhstanis consider this a valid reason for divorce.
The in vitro fertilization program has been included in the guaranteed volume of free medical care since 2010.
Increasing the number of allocated quotas to 7,000 will expand the indications for issuing quotas and significantly reduce the queue for receiving them.
WHO CAN APPLY FOR IVF QUOTA?
Only citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are sent for IVF within the framework of the guaranteed volume of medical care.
How to get a conclusion for a QUOTA❓

1️⃣. In order to get into the selection, you must send an application by email 📩 doctor@irm.kz or WhatsApp +7-707-934 34 34 indicating in the letter:
✅full name;
✅ Age;
✅Duration of infertility;
✅Anamnesis (pregnancy, miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, childbirth, gynecological operations).

2️⃣. Send a complete extract of all research results (AMG, image of the fallopian tubes, detailed spermogram, ultrasound of the pelvic organs with a description and image, and others).

2️⃣. A reproductive doctor 🧑🏻⚕👨🏻⚕ IRM, after studying the provided tests, will conduct an online consultation with you in order to determine the indications and exclude contraindications for IVF according to QUOTA.

2️⃣. If there is evidence for IVF under a quota, the VKK IRM Commission issues a PROTOCOL🔖 to the specified email address or WhatsApp.

3️⃣. It is necessary to submit the PROTOCOL issued by the IRM to the VKK commission to the clinic or antenatal clinic at the place of residence in order to be placed on the quota queue.

4️⃣. Polyclinics/antenatal clinics at the place of residence generate patient documents for a quota to the COMMISSION under the Health Administration.

5️⃣. The Health Department decides to refer patients with infertility for IVF.
