1.In order to be included in the selection, you must send an application:

2. You need to send:
▫️full name;
▫️Year of birth;
▫️Duration of infertility;
▫️Anamnesis (pregnancy, miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, childbirth, gynecological surgeries).
